At PBM GROUP, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our masalas are food products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards, which limits return eligibility.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement :

We offer a refund/replacement if :

  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered.
  • You receive an expired product.

Procedure :

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video for verification. Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.

Not Eligible for Refund :

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if :

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The request is due to a change of mind.
  • The product has been stored improperly after delivery.

Refund Timeline :

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.
